The hotel was well-located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access different places. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and it showed that the housekeeping staff did a great job. The hotel restaurant offered a wide selection of delicious food, which was a plus.
The staff wasn't as hospitable as I had hoped. They seemed uninterested in helping me check in and out, and they were too slow to respond to my requests.

The hotel is located in a convenient center location with easy access to nearby street markets and must-visit locations. the staff is friendly, polite and responds quickly to any requests. the restaurant serves a good variety of menu choices including a nice breakfast. the spacious, clean rooms are comfortable with excellent showers.
The dated rooms have mouldy carpets with no view from the windows. Power sockets don't work, and some rooms have issues with locking doors or needing keys to be reprogrammed daily.

I loved the hotel's location - right across the bus station. The staff was polite and cute. The room was comfortable and had excellent furniture. The AC and TV were excellent. The shower area was excellent, and the whole place was sparkling clean. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast with quality and variety.

The hotel had an excellent location, which made it easy to access the business areas. Good food was also available, and there were lots of great eateries nearby. the staff was polite and friendly, and the buffet breakfast was impressive and well laid out. Best aspects: the size and furniture of the rooms were significant highlights, as well as the shower area, which was too good. the bed, linen, AC, and TV were all excellent.
Cockroaches in the bathroom and mosquitoes in the room were a damper on our experience. Stains on the floor in some rooms affected cleanliness and ringing the doorbell just to deliver the news at 8 am was bothersome.
